Hailing from a family legacy with over a century of influence in Venezuela, Martin Prosperi carries forward a tradition of meaningful impact. The Prosperi family has been at the forefront of Venezuela’s agricultural, commercial and industrial evolution, contributing to the nation’s growth by creating employment opportunities; pushing to create a promising future for all Venezuelans.
With a career in Banking & Investing that has bridged the United States and Venezuela, Martin continues to carry forward his family’s esteemed legacy.
Juan L. Fernández Jr
Director
Born in Cuba and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Juan Luis Fernández has spent the last 40 years building a career in Banking & Finance. He met Martin Prosperi during his stint as Bank Representative for Irving Trust Company. Their partnership has flourished over the past 30 years and have become a leading voice in the nation’s private banking sector, showcasing resilience even in the toughest times.
Beyond finance, Juan Luis is a dedicated farmer, reflecting a lifelong passion for agriculture. Together, his professional achievements and love for nature converge in P&F Management.

Executive Director
Martin Prosperi Jr. graduated from Bentley University and swiftly embarked on a successful journey in finance and private equity investments.
He held the role of Vice President of Investments at Citi Private Bank, where he excelled as an Investment Counselor. He is a partner at Martell Capital Partners, a microcap LBO investment fund that specializes in the search fund community.

A founding member of P&F Management, Bárbara González’s leadership as General Manager has been instrumental. Coming from Caracas, her journey began as a competitive swimmer, achieving national recognition for her dedication. Bárbara graduated from La Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, specializing in business administration and accounting. Before joining P&F, Barbara served as an auditor at KPMG, refining her financial expertise.
Today, she has become an indispensable right hand for the directors and a core leader within P&F Management, guiding the company to success.

As the Purchasing Manager at P&F, Daniela stands out for her efficient combination of skills. Her proficiency in negotiation, understanding of international contracts, and mastery of multiple languages allow her to strike a perfect balance. Thanks to this synergy of abilities, she ensures a diverse range of products on a global scale that meet the highest standards of quality.

However, during the pandemic she discovered a passion for sales and connecting with clients.
As P&F’s Sales Manager, Lisbeth expertly combines her client-focused approach with her strong chemical engineering background to ensure top-quality products and close client relationships.

Valentina, a close school friend of Barbara, was also part of the inception of P&F Management with the directors, showcasing her commitment and drive.
